Muhammad Ibn Isma’il Al-Bukhari reported from Abd-ul-Malik Ibn A’yan and Jami’ Ibn Abi Rashid, who reported from Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud that the Prophet Muhammad (s.) said: “He who seizes the property of a Muslim through a false statement meets God while His wrath is upon him. Then the messenger (s.) read: “Those who sell the covenant of God and their oaths for a small price have no share in the hereafter. Allah will not speak to them, nor look upon them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He make them clean. And a painful punishment is appointed for them.” – 3:77 – [Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith 7007]
روى محمد بن إسماعيل البخاري عن عبد الملك بن أعين وجامع بن أبي راشد عن أبي وائل عن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم من اقتطع مال امرئ مسلم بيمين كاذبة لقي الله وهو عليه غضبان قال عبد الله ثم قرأ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم مصداقه من كتاب الله جل ذكره إن الذين يشترون بعهد الله وأيمانهم ثمنا قليلا أولئك لا خلاق لهم في الآخرة ولا يكلمهم الله الآية
Al-Humaidi reported that Sufyan said: “We received reports from Abd-ul-Malik Ibn A’yan, a Shiite.” He was a rejectionist (Rafidi) and a companion of his opinion.” [Tahdhib-ul-Kamal by Al-Mizzi, Volume 18, Page 283]
وقال الحميدي عن سفيان حدثنا عبد الملك بن أعين شيعي كان عندنا رافضي صاحب رأي
Muhammad Ibn Abbad Al-Makki reported that Sufyan said: “Abd-ul-Malik Ibn A’yan reported to us and he was a rejector (Rafidi).”[Tahdhib-ul-Kamal by Al-Mizzi, Volume 18, Page 284]
وقال محمد بن عباد المكي عن سفيان: حدثنا عبد الملك بن أعين وكان رافضيا

Muhammad Ibn Isma’il Al-Bukhari writes: “There is no difference for me whether I pray behind a follower of Jahm Ibn Safwan and a rejector (Rafidi) or behind the Jews and Nazarenes. Neither does one give them the greeting of peace nor does one return their greeting of peace. Neither do we marry them, nor give them witness, nor eat of their slaughtered flesh.” [Khalq Af’al Al-Ibad, page 13]

Muhammad Ibn Isma’il Al-Bukhari reported from Imran Ibn Hittan that Aishah said: “The Prophet Muhammad (s.) did not leave anything in his house with crosses without removing it.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith 5608]

Badr-ud-Din Al-Ayni writes: “He (Imran) was the head of the departing (Khawarij) and their poets and he was the one who praised Ibn Muljam, who is the murderer of Ali Ibn Abi Talib (a.).” [Umdat-ul-Qari Fi Sharh Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 22 Page 13 Number 5835]
قال بدر الدين العيني في عمران بن حطان: كان رئيس الخوارج وشاعرهم وهو الذي مدح ابن ملجم قاتل علي بن أبي طالب رضي الله عنه
Muhammad Nasir-ud-Din Al-Albani writes: “Imran Ibn Hittan was one of the heads of the departing (Khawarij) and their poets and he was the one who praised the wretched Ibn Muljam, the murderer of our master Ali (a.).” [Mukhtasar Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 4 page 39]
قال محمد ناصر الدين الألباني: عمران بن حطان من رؤساء الخوارج وشعرائهم وهم الذي مدح ابن ملجم الشقي قاتل سيدنا علي
Muhammad Ibn Isma’il Al-Bukhari reported from Yusair Ibn Amr that he said to Sahl Ibn Hunaif: “Did you hear the Prophet Muhammad (s.) say something about the departing (Khawarij)? He said: “While he was pointing his hand towards Iraq, I heard him say: ‘From there a group is going out. They are reading the Qur’an, but it does not go up their throats. They are exiting Islam like an arrow from a bow.” [Sahih Al-Bukhari, Hadith 6535]
