Salam Ibn Mustanir reported that Imam Al-Baqir (a. ) said:“If the Riser (Qa’im) rises, he would offer the belief (iman) to every enemy (Nasib) so that he would sincerely join him and if not, he would give him a blow on his neck or he would pay the tribute (Jizyah) as the people of the Guaranty (Dhimmah) pay at the current time and he would tie a belt around their waist and banish them from the cities to the outskirts.” [Al-Kafi of Al-Kulaini, Volume 8, Page 123, Hadith 288]
Hasan ibn Mahbub reported that Imam As-Sadiq (a. ) said: “If the Riser (Qa’im) had risen from us, he would have offered the belief (iman) to every enemy (Nasib) so that he would have sincerely joined him and if not, he would give him a blow on his neck or he would pay the tribute (Jizyah), to him as the people of the Guaranty (Dhimmah) pay at the current time and he would tie a belt around their waist and banish them from the cities to the outskirts.” [Sharh-ul-Akhbar of Al-Maghribi, vol. 3, p. 375, hadith 1246]
